Your PIN or Personal Identification Number is used to authorize you to log into
the Expert Portal. It was sent to you just after you received your welcome email.
If you cannot locate your PIN email, please contact the IMF HelpDesk (ITHelpDesk@imf.org).
3. I have
clicked on the "Request Token on Demand" link, now what?
If you did not receive the email with the token, please try again (by clicking on
"Request Token on Demand" link). If you still do not receive the email, please check
your email system's SPAM filters. The SPAM filters may be blocking you from receiving
the email. Check that your email system is receiving email. If you continue to have
problems, please contact the IMF HelpDesk (ITHelpDesk@imf.org).
