Please use the Pulse Secure client
In order to establish a SSL VPN session, you are required to use the Pulse Secure application that is installed on your workstation.
The Pulse Secure client can be launched by:
• Selecting Start/All Programs/Remote Access Services/Pulse Secure,
• Clicking on the Pulse Secure icon in the Windows system tray (bottom, right corner of desktop).

• Unable to locate the Pulse Secure client on your machine and requires it to be installed
• General usage questions around how to connect / use the Pulse Secure client
